A. It can, depending on your pain tolerance. We do sell a numbing cream called "No Scream Cream" which retails for $16 and is applied 30 minutes before waxing.
Q. How long does my hair need to be to wax?
A. It should be about 1/8 of an inch.
Q. Can I shave between waxing appointments?
A. You CAN, though it is not recommended.
It will stimulate hair growth and will make for more discomfort every time you come in.
Q. How often should I get waxed?
A. Most of our clients wax every 4 weeks.
Q. Can I be waxed while on my period?
A. Preferably not due to heightened sensitivity. However, if it is needed, a
tampon must be worn.
Q. What is a Brazilian?
A. Waxing the entire pubic area, including the bottom.
Q. Does it have to be bald?
A. No. A lot of women prefer a landing strip.
Q. Do you wax the hair that grows in the crack of my bottom?
A. Yes. It is included and encouraged.
Q. Is it nessicary to get on all-fours or "the doggy position" during a Brazilian wax?
A. NO WAY! The only change in position will be to ask you to lay on your side while waxing the most private of areas.
Q: What measures can be taken to help prevent ingrown hairs?
A: Exfoliate before waxing and again 2-3 days after so that the hairs can grow freely through the skin.
Q. Do you give men Brazilians?
A. Yes. A professional attitude is ALWAYS maintained. Perverted behavior will NOT be tolerated!
