Appointment Time: Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so you are not rushed. Please note that we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Policy: Appointment times are reserved for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Gift certificates will be voided for no show appointments. No show appointments will result in 50% charge.
Wedding Parties: Please give 48 hour notice of cancellation in order for deposit to be refunded.
