Q. What is spray tanning?
A. An spray tan is the best way to apply a sunless tan. The instant bronze liquid is simply sprayed by an airbrush technician onto the body.
Q. How long will the tan last?
A. Same as any tan the sunless tan will last 5-10 days depending on your skin type and how well you take care of your tan. Moisturizing daily with the Tan Extender will help prolong your tan.
Q. How long will it take?
A. For a full body tan it takes approximately 15 minutes to apply the tan and 15 minutes for the tan to dry. Wear what you are comfortable in, an old swimsuit or underwear that you don't mind getting spray tan on. Some people prefer to be nude.
Q. What should I do before my tan?
A. Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! How well you exfoliate and your skin type are the biggest factors in determining how long your tan will last. Do not wear make-up, deodorant, perfume or lotion.
Q. What do I wear home?
A. Wear dark loose fitting clothing and sandals. The bronzer solution washes out of most clothing EXCEPT silk, linen, wool and leather.
After Tan Care
- Please wait to exercise at least 8 hours. Excessive perspiration soon after application will inhibit absorption and the life of the tan.
- Wait at least 8-12 hours before showering so the tan has a chance to fully develop.
- Apply moisturizer or for a longer lasting tan apply Tan Extender.
- When washing your hands please be careful not to drip water down your arms or legs which may cause streaking.
